I'm always open to the messages that come through and I believe the best sessions are those where the client is just as open.

Nothing is more disappointing than the expectation or hope that, for example, the deceased mother will show up, but someone else will come through instead.

I cannot promise anyone what information or news will arrive.

Don't be surprised if I give you information you don't know about.

Usually there is someone in the family who can explain or confirm this to you.

Sometimes customers don't realize the meaning of a message until weeks or months later. It often takes a long time for the things that emerge from a session to make sense.
